According to the requirements of Gender Studies Programme, MPhil and PhD students of Gender Studies need to choose one subject discipline other than Gender Studies according to their research approach and academic background. Students can take courses from both Gender Studies and the subject discipline. The supervisor of the students can either come from Gender Studies Programme or the subject discipline.
