中大性別研究課程在今年三八婦女節為大家精選了一系列由本地女性電影人創作的短片，以女性及非二元性別跨性別者的生命故事出發，探討同代人如何在這個時代回應由情愛、身體自主、家庭到政治等大小課題。
是次放映會精選的作品包括《地厚天高》導演林子穎探討當代情愛的劇情新作《四段四分鐘》、紀錄非二元跨性別（non-binary trans）藝術家、音樂人及性/別倡導者Vincy生命故事的《Vincy》、導演 Nicola Fan 根據本地邊緣少女真人真事改編的得獎作品《大家姐》，以及聚焦年輕女性參政歷程的紀錄片《傾城》。
我們更邀請到各短片的導演、編劇及監製出席映後座談會，分享電影背後的故事和創作過程，並一起探討女性及其他性/別小眾在大時代下的處境，以及一眾創作人如何以電影作出回應。

The Gender Studies Programme of CUHK has curated a series of inspiring short films by local female filmmakers to celebrate International Women’s Day. Dir. Nora Lam explores the challenges of modern relationship in her new film Four times Four; we catch a glimpse of the inner life of non-binary trans artists, singer-songwriter Vincy in Vincy (Dir. Hugo Kenzo and Sophia Shek); Lil’ Tiger (Dir. Nicola Fan) tells the story of a Hong Kong teenage girl on her first day out of juvenile detention centre; and Dir. KR accompanies a young female politician as she prepares for election in Insurgence.
We have invited the directors, screenwriters, and producers to come share with us their creative process and the stories behind these films.

Four relationships in four stages in four seasons. Though many ties have been unwittingly severed, the cycle might once repeat itself again in a blink of a cellphone screen. Obsessed with romantic love, a young woman (Jennifer Yu) has repeatedly met and slept with different men through dating apps. She is afraid of developing relationships, hence their bodies gets closer yet their hearts are far apart.
